It was on 25th Dec,2021 when this family decided to have their Christmas celebrated from the Wild. We picked up them from their home at 6:00am and we transferred them to Murchison Falls National Park and everything moved on very well as we had planned before. We drove them through Budongo Forest one of the Natural Forests in Uganda and saw some attractions like Black and white colobus monkeys, warthog, Olive Baboons, Ground hornbills, Black and white cosqued hornbill,etc.
At exactly mid day,we're already in the park. They checked in their accommodation which was Red Chilli Hideaway and immediately after checking in, they went for a 3hrs Launch Cruise on the Nile to the bottom of the falls. On their return, they informed us that they stopped Lion in the distance, buffaloes, Nile Crocodiles, Giraffes, Hippos. And then at exactly 5pm,we took them for an evening game drive where they spotted Giraffes, Elephants, Buffaloes, Jackson's Hartebeast, Spotted Hynas, Kobs,etc.
They're later taken back at night to their accommodation for supper and then a night spent.
On 26th Dec, 2021, we picked them very early in the morning at 6am for early morning game drive to catch up with the big cats while hunting. Lions were spotted but in a distance, we then took them to their lodge to check out. Then we drove them to the top of the falls on the way back to Kampala.
After we proceeded to our journey back home and we dropped them back to their home.
That's how their 2 days Christmas trip to Murchison Falls National Park was spent with us Kings of the Jungle Tours.
